Coho Salmon Recipe




ingredients

10 large potato (s), solid boiling
6 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  salt and pepper
2 Bunch of onion (onions)
250 g honey, liquid
1 tsp paprikaspulver, noble sweet
1 tsp curry powder
1 salmon, preferably Coho (silver salmon)
1 liter of whiskey (Cragganmore), at least 12 years old

Take one decent glass of whiskey per cook and try it. Boil the potatoes, peel and slice them. The slices in oil individually !! Lightly fry (turn). Season with salt and pepper. Once again try the whiskey.

Cut the onions into rings and place them in a baking dish with the fried potatoes. Add the honey, peppers, curry, pepper and oil to a paste. Cut the salmon into pieces, wash and dab with a towel.

Spread the salmon on both sides with the paste and place on the fried potatoes. Bake at about 180 ° C for 15 - 20 minutes. A fresh field salad can be served as a side dish.

Have fun with the cook and do not take the whiskey lightly!
