Salmon Croquette Recipe

A day without salmon is a lost day! It is so true! Ok, admittedly, the proverb is eeetwas different, but with these trifles I would now not concern myself. Much more important is: what is there for me tonight? So that the day is not lost, definitely salmon! But since I am no longer able to conjure up elaborate dishes in the evening, something has to be done.




I still have salmon discs there, which can be fetched naturally from the pack. But actually I would like to eat something warm tonight. Now I have it! There are salmon croquettes! They are easy to prepare and taste delicious. To this I make a creamy dip with mayonnaise, mustard and capers. Mmhh ... fits perfectly! And no matter what was before - with this dish wins the day!

For the croquettes cut salmon into small pieces. Peppers dice. Cut spring onions into rings. Whisk the egg. Combine all the ingredients except olive oil and pancomium. Season with salt.

Pankomehl to the salmon-pepper mixture and form to 8 cm big Patties.

Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté patties for 5 minutes golden brown.

Peel for the dip garlic. Capers, parsley and garlic. Mix with the remaining ingredients, season with salt and serve with the croquettes.
