Recipe For Salmon Cakes

This smoked salmon, mold bread and mayonnaise fish pie is a perfect first course to prepare in advance and have it ready to serve.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Pie with Toast and Mayonnaise:



Ingredients

1 can of 400 g of mayonnaise
12 slices of bread
500 g smoked salmon
400 g grated surimi
400 g cream cheese
1 icerberg lettuce
3 boiled eggs
2 tomatoes salad

Elaboration of the recipe of Salmon cake with bread and mayonnaise:

In a bowl we put the chopped lettuce, the grated surimi, the chopped cooked eggs and 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise. We mixed well. We booked it.

We made a rectangular mold of aluminum with the slices of smoked salmon. We try to make it protrude a bit around the edges.

Spread with mayonnaise that will make glue. We put a layer of mold bread on top of the initial layer of salmon. Cover with cream cheese and thin slices of tomato.

We put another layer of bread and covered with the mixture that we had reserved.
Cover with a last layer of bread, and fold over salmon over the edges.

Cover with plastic film, put weight on and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Cut the corners of the aluminum mold and unmold onto a tray.
In this way we have made this smoked salmon cake with bread and mayonnaise.
