How To Cook Lobster Tail In Oven




When we were leaving Mazatlan a few months ago, we arrived at the "Changueras" to buy seafood. It is a street through the center of Mazatlan (if memory fails me,) since it is the one who knew where they were, where they put the Lords and Lords selling the fishing of the day, from shrimps of all possible sizes that you can imagine, axe tripe, fish, lobster and more. Among our purchases were several lobsters as the price is not compared with what you find here in Torreón.







One Saturday I decided to prepare two lobsters on the spit to surprise and I think that I did very well because these lobsters were but delicious! It is also easy to cook in the grill, it is my favorite way to do them.

To make them rich Ricaaas, I covered them with a lemon butter, but if you do not eat dairy You can change the butter by olive oil.
