Choco cherry Muffins-gluten free, milk and eggs

Chococherry muffins:

-1 cup of rice flour;

-4 spoonful of applesauce soup (boiled for purchased baby ready) +lukewarm water 3 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons powder.

-1 / 2 cup of fresh cherries chopped. or strawberries, raspberries, and some acerola;

-1 / 2 cup chocolate drops.


As you:

first of all, do heat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare the boxes muffin with paper forms.

Type 2 mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

3 in a small bowl you mix the vegetable oil and milk.

4 in another bowl mix the mixture of oatmeal with warm water and yeast, but at the right time for the other ingredients.

Mix everything in the dry ingredients with a foil, add the chopped cherries and the chocolate drops, distribute in the 12 muffins and bake in the oven until you stick a toothpick in the center of the cookie and it comes out clean.
Mine took 1 hour in the oven, but with sugar and other ingredients, the weather can change.

Almond flour is a soft texture, cookies that are super soft!
