Appetizers For Teens

Teenagers love to nibble on snacks, go through the fridge, cupboards just to find something to stop hunger, but often they just want to nibble. Unfortunately, most snacks can be unhealthy for us, they don't contain the foods our teenagers need and they certainly don't make them smarter.

This is a recipe that can not be missed at the table of families who enjoy a healthy meal and also do not offer so many calories. You can propose to elaborate this recipe of soy or soy meatballs. Simple and quick to prepare, and ideal for both the aperitif in family celebrations and for the teen's Appetizers.
